This lift created in 1952 with its 28 pylons and 94 two-seater cabins suddenly stopped its activity in 1964 after a fire. It had been bought second-hand by a private organisation in order to equip this side of the mountain, at the early stage of new slopes development in the direction of Avoriaz.
