Making light and original appetizers with ingredients full of vitality and with a touch of wild plants, fresh from the ground! Identifying spring herbs and how to use them on a daily basis.
You will also learn cooking techniques such as fermentation, based on the preservation of taste and especially the quality of food for your health.
