A weekly timetable is offered throughout the year. Sessions include Spinning, Suspension Training (with a TRX), Body Conditioning, Spin & Box and Boxing.
Personal Training and private group sessions are by appointment.
All year round, daily between 7.45 am and 8 pm. Dates to be confirmed.
