Where the magic happens! Take a tour round our brewery and see how we craft great beers out of our mountain water.
Based in the alpine ski resort of Morzine, France, we craft our beers from the unique source water flowing through the valley. We installed a 20hl brewery in 2016 and have been steadily adding capacity, equipment and growing the team ever since!
Brewing is a hands on affair and not automated. Each brew is cared for from start to finish by our team and we use the best ingredients we can to make our beers sing. We love lower alcohol brews and this is reflected in our core range and seasonal 'one off' releases.
We package our beers through either our in house bottling line, steel keg float or in cans, working with a great mobile canning solution.
We don't filter or pasteurize our beers which gives us great full flavor. As our beers are therefore 'live', we have invested heavily in cold storage to store our packaged beer in the best environment possible before it leaves the brewery!
