Discover these plants during an easy nature outing, with a practical approach and simple words.
You’ll learn the basics of observing and recognizing the herbs you come across, along with their nutritional, gustatory and medicinal properties, as well as their use in popular mountain traditions.
What’s more, at the end of the walk, we’ll share a tasting of herbal appetizers, washed down with a homemade drink.
