A fun, educational workshop to raise children's awareness of the importance of water in the body and in everyday life.

Through sensory games, group challenges and a creative workshop, participants discover the benefits of hydration and learn to recognize the signs of thirst. A dynamic activity to encourage people to choose water as their main drink.
