Fresh quality produce is found in all the various dishes: Old fashion vegetable soup, homemade foie gras, surprising fondue... Duck breast honey, homemade burgers 100% Home made (180g steak served with crispy chips), the vegetarian dish, the braserade (local grilled meat specialty), Tartiflette or Brezain Raclatte. The dessert menu is also surprising, with old fashioned "pain perdu" and "creme brulee"... truly unforgettable.
