The wild plants of our mountains abound in riches, long used by the ancients for daily body care.
In this workshop, discover how to make a natural product using local plants.
We’ll explain the virtues of some of the common plants used, and then you’ll learn how to make a “100% natural Tiger Balm”, for the whole family, to be used for a nature getaway or a sporting activity.
You’ll learn, for example, the simple techniques of cooking and judicious assembly for a final product that meets a precise need.
What’s more, you’ll leave with your own preparation and the recipe for making it at home.
