With the Morzine stage of the Tour on 9 July and the arrival of the Tour de France in Morzine on 15 July, the roads and mountain passes in Morzine have never seen so many cyclists! Morzine and Cervélo have joined forces to offer cyclists coming to stay in Morzine between these two major events, a special week of bicycle touring.
Come and pick up a special passport at the Tourist Office or the Cervélo and Santa Cruz showroom. It features 6 mountain passes in the local area. Climb as many of them as you can and take a selfie at the top of each one with the name of the mountain pass and/or save your ride on Strava, then stop by the showroom to see the Cervélo team. They will stamp your passport for each mountain pass you complete and there are prizes up for grabs for cyclists who take on these famous roads!
From Tuesday 11 to Friday 14 July, the SRAM van will be parked up at the Tourist Office square with a selection of the best Cervélo road bikes to try out. Come and chat to the team, check out the latest models and try one of these bikes. It’s a great opportunity to ride a top-of-the-range road bike up one of the region’s mountain passes and get your pass stamped!
