LE PAS DE L’AIGLE
Dare to experience the ultimate thrill and walk above the void at the Pas de l’Aigle, Pointe de Nyon sector! At 2019 metres above sea level, this 15-metre footbridge suspended from the mountain offers you a breathtaking panorama between Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva. Under your feet?
350 metres of emptiness for a unique and unforgettable sensation.
Access is easy thanks to the Pointe chairlift. At the summit, ecological toilets powered by solar panels are at your disposal, combining comfort and respect for the environment.
After this panoramic break, you have two options: in winter, hurtle down one of the most beautiful slopes in the area, which offers a smooth and spectacular descent, ideal for skiers in search of thrills and fun. In summer, the descent is either by chairlift or, for the more energetic, on foot via a very pretty hiking trail that will take you to Lake Nyon-Guérin, then back to the Nyon plateau. There, take the opportunity to learn more about life in the mountain pastures and greet the animals at the ‘Monde de Jacquotte’ educational farm.
Important note: in winter, the chairlift can only be used with skis. Pedestrians may use the chairlift on the ascent and descent, but only in summer.

Fancy virgin slopes and thrills? Morzine’s marked freeride area offers you natural terrain where deep snow, winding corridors and steep descents promise an unforgettable experience. Here, there are no groomed slopes, just the mountain in its raw state, in a safe but demanding environment.
Off-piste skiing is an adventure playground that requires preparation and vigilance. Before setting off, make sure you have the essential safety equipment: avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe and helmet. Never ski alone and, if possible, go with a guide or professional to ski with confidence. Check the weather conditions and avalanche risk before each outing.
