Family outing & Nature workshop: Meet the park's medicinal plants + Make a Montagnard Roll-on
Take a breath of fresh air with the whole family and discover the medicinal plants that grow all around us, in the park's natural setting. An outing accessible to all ages, combining gentle walking, observation and the transmission of ancestral knowledge.
Along the way, we’ll learn to recognize useful plants for soothing everyday aches and pains: knocks, bumps, sore muscles and tendons. Then it’s on to the practical side, with a workshop where everyone can make their own mountain roll-on, a natural remedy to take with them wherever they go!
