The Portes du Soleil area is one of the largest mountain biking parks in Europe, offering an infinite variety of terrains and trails. It features downhill, free ride, and cross-country options for all tastes and, importantly, for all skill levels. The mountain biking trails in the Portes du Soleil are marked by colors, just like ski slopes. Therefore, the green trails are perfect for families and beginners; they are generally of low difficulty, well-maintained, and provide gentle slopes.

A perfect terrain for beginners!

For those with much more experience in mountain biking who want to tackle the best trails in the French Alps, you can move on to blue, red, or even black trails. You’ll face steep and technical tracks that require excellent control, self-confidence, and impeccable technique.
