Nordic skiing sectors accessible in Morzine by ski lifts

In Morzine, two cross-country skiing sectors are accessible at altitude, thanks to the cross-country ski pass that you can buy directly online or at the bottom of the ski lifts in each sector.

The first sector is on the Pléney side, on the north slope. It allows cross-country skiers to have access to the Les Gets area thanks to the Pléney cable car. The second sector is located in Super-Morzine, on the southern slope giving direct access to Avoriaz with the Super-Morzine gondola. You can also take shuttle A from the centre of the village and access the Avoriaz sector with the Prodains Express cable car. Alternatively, from the centre of the village of Morzine, you can use the (free) M shuttle  and go directly to the bottom of the Ardent gondola.

You will therefore be able to discover snow-capped mountain landscapes with the ski lifts. This solution also allows you to taste local and Savoyard specialties in mountain restaurants and meet up with the rest of the family who will have already enjoyed a good day of alpine skiing.

Passes for pedestrians or x-country skiers much less expensive than those intended for alpine skiing, which makes this sport a less expensive practice and therefore perfect, not only for those who do not like alpine skiing, but also for those who have a small budget for their holidays.

Nordic skiing areas accessible in Morzine without taking any ski lift

Note that cross-country skiing on the marked trails is free. For example, you can choose not to use the ski lifts, take a free shuttle or your own vehicle to the Nordic sector of Erigné and go skiing for free on the cross-country ski trails in Vallée de la Manche.

Marked and secure cross-country ski trails

The cross-country ski trails in each sector of the area are marked and secured so that you can fully enjoy your activity in Morzine but also in all the Portes du Soleil. We wish you a good stay and a good holiday!
