It has a 160-space parking lot and direct access to the village center via an elevator. The venue offers a variety of adaptable rooms (the congress hall, multipurpose room, six meeting rooms, and two separate reception halls), capable of hosting 20 to 700 attendees for seminars, conferences, or any other event. Additionally, the Palais regularly hosts exhibitions and performances.

For the comfort of organizers and participants, a wide range of technical equipment is available: video projectors, CD and MD players, free-standing screens, whiteboards, microphones, and lighting systems.
