In Morzine there’s a parking area set aside specifically for camper vans. You’ll find it at no. 1320 Route de la Plagne (below is a map to help you locate it more easily), just a few hundred metres from the village centre.
Camper van parking fees
During the summer and winter seasons (July & August, and mid-December to mid-April) camper van drivers using the service area must pay a parking fee of €11.50 per day, at the Flot Bleu station. During all other periods, they can park free of charge. The Flot Bleu station includes a camper van wastewater drainage facility, which costs €2 for 20 minutes’ use. There’s also a power supply that runs on tokens which cost €2 for 4 hours.
Rules for use of the Flot Bleu station
It is forbidden to park for more than 2 hours at the Flot Bleu station, in order to allow access to other users. Wastewater must not be emptied other than at the Flot Bleu station provided for this purpose. It is forbidden to pitch a tent or park a caravan here.
