Course 🚩

• Marking (from the Wednesday before the race, depending on the weather)
• Opening/closing of the course on D-day in different locations

Registration and withdrawal of race numbers🗒️

• Distribution of race number and participant gift
• Verification of supporting documents
• Compulsory equipment check

Refreshments on the day 🚰

• Plateau de Nyon (approx. 7am-10.30am)
• Lac des Mines d’Or / Chardonnière / Fréterolles (approx. 8am-1pm)
• Place Jean Vuarnet, Avoriaz (approx. 9.30am-2pm)
• Les Prodains (approx. 10am-4.30pm)

Controllers by day📋

Orienting and/or signposting riders at various points along the route (manual or electronic controls)

From 6am for the checkpoints closest to the start. Until around 12 noon for the checkpoints before the Mines d’Or feed station, and later for the checkpoints in the second half of the course.

Miscellaneous assistance on departure or arrival🏁

• Loading and identifying the runners’ bags in the vehicles provided for this purpose
• Shuttle to Avoriaz to collect the bags
• Help with setting up the start area
• Help at the finish area in Avoriaz (refreshments, etc.)
