4/ Preparing your property for inspection to determine its suitability for letting (state of cleanliness, heating, equipment, etc.)
5/ During the inspection, checks will be carried out on compliance with a total of 112 criteria, including equipment, layout, services to occupants, accessibility for people with mobility issues, and so on.
6/ Following the rater’s visit, the information is processed by the Tourist Office.
7/ A classification decision and final invoice are sent to the property owner.
8/ Once rated, the property must be declared at the town hall
