The Nyon cable car, the Prodains cable car, the Pléney cable car, the Super Morzine cable car and many others provide quick access to the heights and the trails.

Family lakes

Lake Montriond

With its turquoise waters and exceptional natural setting, Lac de Montriond is one of Morzine’s summer must-sees. It’s the perfect place for a swim, picnic or family outing around the lake. The 3km path is accessible with a pushchair.

On site, you can enjoypaddleboat and canoe hire, swimming, a walk around the lake, a children’splay area and several restaurants with terraces.

The Golden Mines lake

Nestling in the heart of the mountains, the Lac des Mines d’Or offers an authentic Alpine setting and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a family nature outing.

You can get there easily by shuttle bus from the centre of Morzine or by car from the car park by the lake. On site, enjoy an easy walk, a picnic by the water, a mountain restaurant and magnificent unspoilt alpine scenery.
