Vivez les Aigles du Léman à Morzine

1. Ski with the Eagles
Wednesday and Sunday – from 4 January – 10.30 am
Take a trip down the slopes with the white-tailed eagle, an Alpine giant currently being reintroduced around Morzine.
- Price: €25 / person
- Duration: approx. 45 minutes – up to 4 participants
- Minimum level: 3rd star

2. La Faucon Gagne
1 participant per day – Registration required – Monday and Thursday at 11.30 a.m.
Meet at 11.15am in front of the Pointe de Nyon restaurant, skis on, minimum level 3rd star.
Share a descent with the falcon, the fastest animal in the world, capable of reaching speeds of over 300 km/h! Ride with the falconer and his bird on the chairlift to the top of the Raverettes piste. Discover the life, behaviour and hunting techniques of this bird of prey. Then admire its speed on the way down.
- An aperitif offered by the restaurant rounds off this unique experience.

3. The Wild Hunt
Meet on skis – Tuesday and Saturday at 11.15am
Come and meet the famous mountain creature, a combination of Alpine legend and life-size adventure. Accompanied by the steppe eagle, discover the secrets of the Dahu: its habitat, its habits, and the techniques for trying to spot it.
- Accessible from 3rd star level upwards, this is an original and fun way to share it with family and friends.

4. Birds of prey shows
Saturday to Thursday – 12.30pm and 2.30pm – Free admission
Two daily 20-minute shows combining education and humour.
- Learn about the beauty and fragility of birds of prey, victims of persecution and superstition.
- An enriching experience for all the family.


5. L’Aigle de Nyon
Saturday to Thursday – 3.30pm – Free
Admire the majestic flight of Darshan, the imperial eagle, from the summit of the Pointe de Nyon. Experience its spectacular dive live from the restaurant terrace.
Weather permitting.
6. Falconry course
Saturday to Thursday – 1.00 pm
Suitable for children aged 12 and over. Discover birds of prey and their falconer.
You can carry and fly up to 3 different birds of prey (owl, owl, buzzard).

7. Exhibition – Reintroduction of the White-tailed Eagle
Find out more about the reintroduction programme for the White-tailed Eagle, the giant of the Alps, launched and managed by the Aigles du Léman. Free access to the exhibition in the off-board room of the Pointe de Nyon restaurant.
Where do the experiments take place?
All the activities take place on the Nyon plateau in Morzine, at an altitude of 1,500 m, in the heart of the Morzine ski area. The Pointe de Nyon restaurant is the meeting point for all the entertainment and bird watching.
Do I need a package to take part in the activities?
Yes, for on-slope activities such as La Faucon Gagné or Skiez avec les Aigles, you need a valid ski pass to access the lifts and downhill areas. Shows and visits to the aviaries do not require a ski pass.

What activities are on offer with the eagles?

At what age and level of experience are the activities accessible?
Most shows and visits are accessible to all ages. On-slope activities such as La Faucon Gagné and Skiez avec les Aigles require a minimum level of 2nd or 3rd star skiing. The Falconry course is open to children aged 12 and over.

Yes, some activities, such as La Faucon Gagné, Skiez avec les Aigles, the Dahu hunt and the Falconry course, must be booked online or via the Tourist Office by calling 04 50 74 72 72.
