Valentin Delluc is one of the biggest names in speedriding, a discipline that is a cross between skiing and paragliding, where the high mountains become a vertical playground. He grew up among the peaks, and developed a taste for sliding and adrenalin at a very young age. A talented freestyle skier, he discovered paragliding at the age of 11: two passions that would later merge into a unique, breathtaking sport.

Valentin Delluc doesn't just fly. He dances with the mountain. At high speed. And always on the edge of the void.

Every time he flies, Valentin pushes the boundaries of what is possible. We’ve seen him fly over the snow-covered roofs of Morzine to within a few centimetres, slaloming at full speed between pine trees, or crossing a moving chairlift with disconcerting precision. His style is lively, fluid and committed – both technical and spectacular. These extraordinary performances, captured on video, have earned him viral notoriety and international recognition in the extreme sports world.

Far from stopping at the winter season, he swaps his skis for his trainers when the snow melts to switch to speedflying, a summer version where close flying remains at the heart of the action. Reliefs, cliffs, villages: each scenery becomes a line to draw, between pure freedom and high acrobatics.
