Perched at an altitude of 2019 metres at the top of the Pointe de Nyon, the Pas de l’Aigle invites you to a vertiginous experience: walk above the void on a 15-metre glass footbridge suspended from the mountainside.
Under your feet, 350 metres of emptiness, and all around, a breathtaking 360° panorama, between Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva. Thrills guaranteed – and it’s free!
- The Pointe de Nyon chairlift provides easyaccess . Once at the summit, take a break and enjoy the view, with ecological toilets powered by solar panels that combine comfort and respect for the environment.
- In winter, the Pas de l’Aigle is not accessible on foot, but winter sports enthusiasts can take to the slopes on the famous 1000 D descent.
- In summer, take the chairlift back down or follow the hiking trail to Lake Nyon-Guérin before returning to the plateau. There, discover Jacquotte’s World, an educational farm where young and old alike can learn more about life on the mountain pastures.

Looking for virgin slopes and thrills? Morzine’s signposted freeride zone opens up a natural terrain where deep snow, winding couloirs and steep descents promise an unforgettable experience. There are no groomed pistes here, just the raw mountain in a safe but demanding environment.
Off-piste skiing is an adventure that requires preparation and vigilance. Before setting off, make sure you have the essential safety equipment: avalanche transceiver, shovel, probe and helmet. Never ski alone and, if possible, set off with a guide or professional so that you can ski with complete confidence. Check the weather conditions and avalanche risk before each outing.
